What Is Tron3X About?
Cryptocurrency Ponzi schemes are spreading across the internet faster than we can expose them. Most of them are disguised as elaborate MLM programs and promising people financial freedom through passive incomes.
Unfortunately, none of it is true. If you come across an MLM company claiming that it can give you passive earnings then it’s almost certainly a Ponzi scheme.
Today, we’ll be reviewing one such company called Tron3X.
The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favour. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.
A good bit of research always goes a long way in the fight against online scams. Creating a sustainable full-time online business is not difficult. You just need to know where to look.
Before we proceed I’d like to let you know that I’m not linked to Tron3X in any sort of way and I’m not trying to sell you this product.

Tron3X Product Summary
Tron3X is a Cryptocurrency investment scheme claiming that it can give you a 300% ROI. It’s not done a great job at disguising itself. If you’ve been looking at Ponzi schemes for as long as we have, you’ll be able to spot the warning signs very easily. The scheme is almost entirely focused on recruitment incentives and we are never told anything about the owners.

Tron3X Background
Tron3X uses a multi-level marketing business model and specializes in cryptocurrency and investments. A quick look at their website’s promotional page and it all starts to unravel that something is not quite right about this program.
According to their promotion, you will receive a return on your investment of 300% which will be paid over 150 days.
We’ll discuss their claims in more detail further down.
I find it a bit strange that a company that’s asking you to invest money with them are not forthcoming with the details about the people running the program or its owners. There’s absolutely no details on their site about the founders.
Furthermore, the website domain name was registered anonymously in January 2020. This means that the owners have taken extra steps to ensure that we cannot find them.
There’s just one guy we were able to find that’s linked to Tron3X. His name is Michael, and he appears to be the spokesperson fronting the business. He can be seen on all of Tron3X’s promotional YouTube videos.
It’s unlikely that Michael is the owner of Tron3X. He appears to be an actor picked from a freelance marketplace named Fiverr.
According to the data obtained from Alexa, the traffic is coming from Venezuela, Kazakhstan and Colombia. Therefore, it’s safe to say that the owners are probably based in one of these countries and their target audience is from those countries.
They removed all of their YouTube videos from their channel in November 2020. This usually happens when a program is about to collapse.
Tron3X Product Range
Unfortunately, Tron3X does not offer any retail products or services. Your investment will be used to keep the cash flowing through the program and the same thing will happen to any new members that you recruit.
There’s no evidence that the company is trading or investing member’s monies to generate the advertised ROI.
This is a major warning signal and I wouldn’t be surprised if this company gets flagged by the FTC or an equivalent regulator.
Does Tron3X Work?
Here’s a quick rundown of everything you need to know. There a few factors you need to be aware of to find out whether a multi-level marketing business is running a Ponzi scheme.
Let’s take a look at the generated earnings. These will be the funds coming into the business to keep it afloat.
If an MLM company is selling their products at a wholesale price, it will factor in the profit margins, even if it’s selling at wholesale prices.
However, Tron3X doesn’t have any evidence that the company is generating an income to run the program and pay its members the promised profits. As far as we’re concerned, the only income stream is coming in from the investments made by new members.
The next thing we want to highlight is the fact that these investments from members are your only source of earnings as well. Therefore, you won’t make any money if you don’t convince new members to invest.
If the company was indeed investing or trading the member’s investments, they would have to be authorized by the financial regulators for their respective country. In America this would be the SEC.
As it stands, there’s zero evidence that the company is adhering to the above requirements.
To sum it up, Tron3X is just another Ponzi scheme that heavily incentivizes recruitment. Guess what happens when the recruitment grinds to a halt? The company will collapse.
How To Profit with Tron3X
There’s just one way to profit with this program. You will need to recruit and earn a commission for this. Your mission will be to recruit members and get them to invest so that you can recoup your money.
Getting Started with Tron3X
Tron3X is free to sign up, but if you want to access the compensation plan you will have to invest at least 100 TRX which is equivalent to $6.46 at the time of this writing.

Tron3X Compensation Plan
The primary income stream is the 2% ROI earned daily and paid over 150 days, which would add up to 300% in total.
Your commissions from referrals and the Daily Top referrer Pool are also included in the 300% ROI.
After you’ve earned the total 300%, you will have to reinvest to start the cycle all over again.
There are some limits placed on these additional investments as shown below-
- You will have to invest an amount between 1,000 TRX – 100,000 TRX for your initial reinvestment.
- You will have to invest an amount between your first reinvestment amount and 300,000 TRX for your second reinvestment.
- You will have to invest an amount between your second reinvestment amount and 900,000 TRX for your third reinvestment.
- You will have to invest an amount between your third reinvestment amount and 2,000,000 TRX for your fourth reinvestment.
Tron3X Referral Commissions
Tron3X uses a uni-level compensation structure to track and pay-out for referral commissions. Below is an illustration of how this would look-
You will be positioned at the top of the structure and all of your direct recruits will be positioned on the first level.
If your first level members recruit more members, they’ll be positioned on the second level.
If your second level members recruit more members, they’ll be positioned on the third level and so on.
The maximum amount of levels for referral commissions is 15 level. The commissions are awarded as a daily return as shown below-
- 1st level (your direct recruits) – 30%
- 2nd-5th levels – 10%
- 6th-10th levels – 8%
- 11th-15th levels – 5%
Tron3X Daily Top Referrer Pool
The program retains 3% of investments from across the whole company and puts this in a pool. This money is paid out everyday to the best 4 daily recruiters.
Tron3X Exposed!
1). Recruitment, Recruitment, Recruitment!
Tron3X’s compensation plan is all about recruitment. You will not be rewarded for anything else.
This is a big no-no according to MLM regulators such as the FTC. All multi-level marketing companies need to offer their members a retail product or service at the very least, and this is a legal requirement.

2). Who Are The Owners?
Another warning signal is the fact that we don’t know who are the owners of the company. We are not provided with any details about the people running the business. If they’ve gone to great lengths to hide themselves, then they are obviously shady. They can also make a quick exit when the business collapses.
3). No Evidence of External Income
The only way Tron3X makes money is through investments made by new members. There’s nothing more to it than that. The company has not proved that they are investing or trading money to create the revenue to pay members the promised ROI.
Recruitment is the lifeblood of Tron3X and once that stops, so will the company.
Advantages of Tron3X
Tron3X comes with no advantages whatsoever. It’s a big fat Ponzi scheme.
Is Tron3X a Scam or a Legit Business?
Tron3X is definitely a Ponzi scheme. The program has many tell-tale signs to prove that it’s an illegitimate business.
We don’t know who the owners are. They’ve concealed their information to evade the authorities.
Your only incentives are focused on recruiting new members to invest with Tron3X. If you fail to recruit more investors, you will not recoup your funds.
The company has not proved that funds are generated from other sources other than recruitment.
Steer clear of Tron3X, it’s a waste of time and money.
