What Is Upistic?
When you venture out to invest online, I’m pretty sure that your goal is to at least earn profits from the money you invested. But with so many online investment platforms in the market, finding the right one for you is no easy task.
For starters, there are high-risk platforms that offer to increase your initial investments within hours or days. On the other hand, there are platforms with specialized teams who manage your wealth and bring you actual steady returns as long as you’re patient enough to wait.
Unfortunately, most online investors tend to overlook the warning signs some investment platforms have because they get lured in by the bigger earnings that are offered to them. This is why you’ll notice a lot of investment platforms guaranteeing you ROIs that no legitimate firm can actually deliver.
That’s why our objective in today’s Upistic review is to see if this program is a legitimate investment platform or just another one of the many countless investment scams that exist in today’s online sphere.
The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favor. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.
A good bit of research always goes a long way in the fight against online scams. Creating a sustainable full-time online business is not difficult. You just need to know where to look.
Before we proceed I’d like to let you know that I’m not linked to Upistic in any sort of way and I’m not trying to sell you this product.
Instead, I’d like to show you why this program should be avoided…

Upistic Background

Upistic is a cryptocurrency exchange and investing platform that does not market itself as such. Their homepage page doesn’t provide us with any clear information on who owns or operates the business.
The domain was just registered in August 2021, thus it’s still rather recent. Upistic does have a corporate address in Estonia, but it has nothing to do with the company.
Keep in mind that most scammers use fake business registration paperwork to fool and lure unwary investors into believing that they are legitimate. The idea is that by demonstrating they are registered, you will be convinced they are a real investment company.
However, this is not always the case. Scammers use a variety of methods to bring your attention to themselves. And one of these methods is to provide you with company registration.
Furthermore, extra precautions have also been made to ensure that you are unaware of the platform’s true operators. They use privacy services to hide the real people behind these scams and take another layer of precaution to prevent you from tracking them down.

Even when the names of the alleged owners are provided, a simple search of these names on social media yielded no results. The goal is to remain as anonymous as possible so that you have no means of contacting them if their platform becomes unavailable.
What makes you trust that their names are legitimate when they didn’t even bother to post their real identities here?
There is also a section on their main page for Webinars where you can locate the most current ones that have been finished. However, these videos are not in English, and you’ll also see some Chinese writing on the page.
The most recent webinar, which took place in October, was conducted in Vietnamese. The three prior webinars were all in Chinese before this one.
Upistic Product Line
Upistic does not sell any goods or services to its members or to the public. Only members who invest in the program are eligible to participate in their income opportunities. By now, you already know that this kind of business model is illegal according to the FTC.
How Does Upistic Work?
Upistic claims that cryptocurrency trading is how they make money. They boast that their traders buy DeFi tokens with client funds and then profitably sell them on currency exchanges.
They do market research and choose the most advantageous and promising tokens before selling and trading them for maximum profit utilizing sophisticated trading tactics. Then the profit is subsequently divided among the investors.
One thing is certain: there is no evidence that any trading is being done to earn money. The only way to show that you’re making money is to invest in new members.

Moreover, it also doesn’t make sense for Upistic to do this kind of business model even if they were legit. Why are you offering access to a trading system that assures you up to 2.3 percent ROI every day for $10?
As a matter of fact, you wouldn’t need anyone’s money since you’d be able to earn from rolling your ROIs every day.
Not to mention, there’s also the fact that Upistic has a securities fraud problem. They aren’t allowed to conduct financial transactions on behalf of their clients since they aren’t actually registered.
In order for them to be qualified to perform financial transactions for their clients, they must be registered with the SEC or its other international counterparts.
Getting Started with Upistic

Upistic is free to join, but you must invest a minimum of $10 or cryptocurrency to participate in their earning opportunities.
By now it’s crystal clear that recruitment is the only source of revenue in this platform. Upistic offers no products to sell or services to provide. This means that once the platform is no longer getting new members, the money they get from recruitments will also stop.
This will eventually cause Upistic to collapse and will prompt the scammers to exit the scam. Usually, when members are no longer able to withdraw their funds from the platform, that’s a sign that the owners are preparing to abandon the company.

Upistic Ugly Truths Exposed!
#1 This Is Just Another Ponzi Scheme
As evidenced by their compensation plan, Upistic is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme. The whole concept of this business model is pretty simple. The more people you refer and successfully recruit, the more money you will be able to make from their investments.
You’re also pushing their downlines to recruit more individuals into the program, this makes them money and you will also earn more.
It may sound great but once the recruitment stops and the platform is no longer getting any new members, your source of income will also stop. And eventually, this will lead to the collapse of the entire system.
You’ll no longer be able to withdraw your funds and the people behind this scam have already exited the scheme with your money.
Advantages of Upistic
None. There are absolutely no advantages to joining a Ponzi scheme. They’re unlawful and you can face legal consequences by associating yourselves with them.
Is Upistic a Scam or a Legit Program?
Without a doubt, Upistic is a Ponzi scheme. According to what I have learned, their website is no longer accessible. This implies that the system has collapsed and the scammers have already exited the scheme.
