What Is StakeXChain?
StakeXChain is an e-commerce platform that operates both online and offline. According to what I’ve learned, it appears to be based in the Philippines, albeit the location shown on their website is misleading.
They appear to be using a unique business approach, but the fact is that they are actually implementing a network structure within the organization. To put it in simpler terms, they are a multi-level marketing organization (also known as an MLM) in which you can recruit other people and earn 10% of their purchasing volume.
While MLMs, in general, aren’t awful, there were several red flags with this one. They don’t put much effort into concealing the fact that they’re running a pyramid scheme. Aside from the red flags, the website is a complete catastrophe filled with misleading information.

The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favor. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.
A good bit of research always goes a long way in the fight against online scams. Creating a sustainable full-time online business is not difficult. You just need to know where to look.

StakeXChain Product Summary
StakeXChain is an e-commerce site that allows customers to buy a variety of things. The drawback is that only members are able to purchase anything on their website. We shall delve more into the specifics of this later in our review.
They claim to have an “innovative business concept,” according to their website. However, this is just a fancy way of saying that they are an MLM company, which means that in addition to the membership, you need to recruit three people (or more) in order to receive a commission of whatever they purchase.

StakeXChain Background
StakeXChain promotes itself as an e-commerce platform that lets users like you buy various things while also earning money by referring others to the program. Their website claims that all of this is an “innovative business idea”. They want to hype you up on the prospect of something new and unique to their business model.
But in reality, it is simply another way of saying they’re employing an MLM approach to get people excited about making money through the site.
However, before you can actually buy anything from them, you must first sign up as a member of their e-commerce site. After that, you must recommend at least three persons into their membership program in order to start earning money from their program.
Not to mention, there’s also the fact that you can’t sign up for an account without a membership referral. Moreover, although the company claims to have been in operation since 2017, a simple WhoIs check indicates that the website was actually registered in July 2020.
They claim that an internal training program has been in place since November 2017. Two years later, in 2019, the e-commerce platform was created, with a pre-launch in August 2020. I’m not entirely sure what platform or domain they were using before that, but I’m guessing they just made up something or are straight-up lying about when they initially started.
When I tried to find out where they were located, apparently they are based in Lasip Grande, Dagupan City in the Philippines. However, the building where they are supposedly operating from, Victoria Marinas, does not exist in this city.
At this point, you should ask yourself: If StakeXChain was a legitimate company, why lie about their office address?
Who Is The Person Behind StakeXChain?
According to their website, this is what it says about the founder:
Florence Rosales, is the co-founder and MD of StakeXchain.com, an e-commerce marketplace with a wide range of products and functionality for effective sales in the world of a new digital economy. He is a Philippian entrepreneur, a BSc. holder in economics and international relations and has been featured in many startup entrepreneurial magazines, especially the “Cotemporary CEOs Dailies”.
Aside from that, Florentino Rosales also claims to be a prominent network marketing leader in the Philippines, as well as a freelance software developer who has pioneered various global projects.
His most recent venture opened his eyes to the e-commerce field and was desperate to start a new niche enterprise in the network marketing and e-commerce industries. A business initiative that can secure product acquisition and distribution while also changing lives may be sustained and regulated by rewarding consumers through a transparent approach.
However, how do we know whether all of these claims are true? The short answer is we don’t.
Outside of his connection to StakeXChain, we don’t know who this individual is. We have no way of confirming whether whatever is stated on his website is true.
Rosales’ and StakeXChain’s social media presences are also both non-existent. Rosales does not even have any social media accounts like a LinkedIn profile. The only thing they have is a Facebook and Youtube account for StakeXChain, which aren’t active at all.
StakeXChain Product Line
StakeXChain seems to offer a variety of products ranging from house cleaning, lifestyle, cooking sets, digital devices, and home and kitchen appliances. But I am not entirely sure whether these products are legit or not.
How Does StakeXChain Work?
Before you can join StakeXChain, you must first acquire a Sponsor’s ID. This indicates that they are using an MLM business model, but keep in mind that they are not actually one. After that, you’ll be asked to provide your contact information, such as your phone number, address, BTC address, and bank account information.
This is a major red flag. Why would they want your bank account details during the first registration process? Unless they’re trying to hack into your bank account, it doesn’t make any sense. And at this point, you should be running for the hills far, far away from this platform!
Furthermore, they have two payment options: E-Wallet and Online, although the latter does not work at all. On the other hand, e-wallets are apps like GCash where you can deposit your money, cash them out, or transfer money to other bank accounts and with other e-wallet users.
Getting Started with StakeXChain
To participate in their income opportunities, you must pick a package during the registration process. The lowest affordable is $45 and the most costly is $23,040. When you try to click on the “Buy Now” button, however, nothing happens.

StakeXChain Compensation Plan
StakeXChain’s compensation plan is similar to that of any MLM company. There’s nothing really noteworthy or special about this. Before you can start earning, you have to refer at least three other people or more to the program.
Let’s assume you’ve successfully enlisted these three individuals. They paid $100 for the subscription, thus you gain $30 from them at a 10% commission rate per person. You will earn 15% extra on the second level.
When the first level (a.k.a. the first three persons) is completed, this level becomes available. This will continue as more people get recruited by your downlines. To generate more money, all you have to do is recruit individuals and grow your levels down. The lower the level goes, the higher your commission rate will be.

StakeXChain Ugly Truths Exposed!
#1 Everything About This Company Is Either Suspicious Or False
Honestly, there really isn’t much to go on from their official website. Certain buttons don’t work, their products look fake, some pages just show up as an error (like their FAQs page), the texts and how the overall website is structured look clunky and are filled with typographical errors. Not to mention, their office address is completely false and literally does not exist.
All of these are huge red flags that should tell you to never ever invest in this company. What kind of legit MLM company asks for your bank information on the first step of registration? Everything is very fishy and you would be better off looking for better money-making opportunities online.
#2 No Further Background On The Owner
Outside of StakeXChain, Florence Rosales does not exist. He has no digital print, and we can’t uncover any information about his work past elsewhere. I mean if he was truly as successful as he claims to be, why are there no social media accounts of him anywhere? This leads us to conclude that the firm is a sham and does nothing to help you earn money.
#3 No Refunds
As you can see on the image above which is a screenshot of their Terms & Conditions page, they issue refunds for contracts within “0 days” of the original purchase of the contract. What does that even mean?
Honestly, they could have just said they don’t offer any refunds period. No need to confuse people.
#4 It’s A Pyramid Scheme And Nothing More
The fact that you can only earn commissions off of recruiting people and not by distributing or selling products makes this a pyramid scheme. Outside of recruitment, there’s nothing else for you to gain.
Advantages of StakeXChain
None whatsoever. All signs point to the fact that this company is nothing more than a scam and an illegal pyramid scheme.
Is StakeXChain a Scam or a Legit Program?
StakeXChain is a scam. As you might already know, pyramid schemes are illegal and are not good opportunities for you to earn money. Sure, you might earn some here and there but it’s not sustainable, on top of being a criminal activity.
They don’t offer valuable skills you can learn to actually set up an online business or anything that will make you money in the long run. Once this scam gets exposed and shut down, the whole system will collapse and your income will be gone as well.
With that said, if you’re looking for genuine and legitimate opportunities to make money online and if you’re not scared of putting in long hours, acquiring new skills, and changing your financial situation, you might want to get into affiliate marketing.
You can generate money online while also helping others by connecting people with the items and services they require or looking for.
