Is iHub Global A Scam?

There are so many crypto mining companies floating around in the internet these days.

What’s worse is that hundreds of these are most likely Ponzi schemes trying to get you to invest your hard-earned money. As long as the culprits behind these schemes aren’t caught, they’ll just keep popping out like mushrooms.

With that in mind, let’s look at one of the many Ponzi schemes being described above. iHub Global is the name of this program. It is a company that claims to provide an opportunity for you to make more money from home by mining the Helium coin through mining hubs.

iHub Global Background

ihub-global-background

On their website, iHub Global does not give us any relevant information about the firm. If we simply take a look at their landing page, we have no idea who even controls the business. All of these seem vague and suspicious at best.

So based on what we know from just their site alone, their website is essentially just a login button with a promotional video. At the bottom of the page, you’ll notice that the legal pages are also blocked.

They further say that anyone with an Internet connection and basic computer skills may participate in Cryptocurrency mining without prior expertise or technical understanding.

This ostensibly innovative platform allegedly offers users a variety of opportunities to earn digital cash while also allowing them to stay connected through a one-of-a-kind network.

But all of this is just a load of crap and there’s no remnant of truth in here whatsoever.

In December 2020, the domain name was registered and according to third-party research, iHub Global has a Vimeo channel, although it isn’t referenced on the company’s website.

A man named Chuck Hanson hosts the marketing videos on Vimeo and on the landing page, although he makes no mention of his formal role or title in the videos.

ihub-global-rick-cotton

Richard Cotton, also known as Rick Cotton, is another individual reference in the videos. He is also known for his other MLM program called eXfuze.

By 2019, the program has been rebranded into KZ1. By then, Cotton was no longer the CEO, but still had a major stake in the corporation. Moreover, Cotton also appears to be in charge of the marketing funnels at iHub Global

Randall Pires, the company’s COO, is the only name we couldn’t locate any information on. He has no prior MLM experience, yet he is the co-founder of Emrit. Emrit, as you might not be already aware, is iHub Global’s hardware provider.

iHub Global Product Line

ihub-global-product-line

iHub Global doesn’t have any retail products to sell, which is one of the biggest red flags in this type of program.

The firm provides an Emrit Cool spot Helium Network Token Mining device that can be used on hotspots and consumes very little bandwidth. After this is completed, you may begin mining the Helium coin, or HNT.

Unfortunately, you must be an affiliate to acquire the item, thus no retail sales are available. By now, you should already know that this is classified as a pyramid scheme due to the business strategy they have selected.

Remember, the FTC requires that any MLM have more retail sales than affiliates, which is not the case here.

Does iHub Global Work?

Vimeo videos from iHub Global promise to be the world’s most wonderful passive income opportunity. But any scam probably promises the same thing.

Their previous video presentations promoted the Helium Network, which is their ostensible answer for traveling devices without Internet access. Later presentations included mining HNT, and it wasn’t long before they used the marketing cliche of HNT being the “new BitCoin.”

In reality, HNT isn’t worth anything. It’s created on the spur of the moment, and the worth is determined by the higher-ups. This implies that the token’s value is determined by the owners of iHub Global and Helium Network.

And it’s evident that the price is being set at random, given the two pumps that have occurred since the introduction, on August 12 and September 23rd.

But why is this pump going on in the first place? It has nothing to do with iHub Global, which at the time did not have a website. The only reason for these could be is price manipulation.

HNT tokens are used by iHub Global to reward and payout to its members. Currently, the only reason this token exists is due to the hoax. Outside of the market, HNT tokens are useless. It can’t even be exchanged openly.

Getting Started with iHub Global

getting-started-with-ihub-global

Just like with all Ponzi schemes, recruitment is the only method you can start earning money at iHub Global. New member investments are generated through recruitment and you can earn commissions from your personal referrals.

Joining iHub Global is completely free but you must pay $99 for the marketing funnels if you want to participate in their revenue opportunities.

iHub Global Compensation Plan

Recruitment Commissions

Members of iHub Global can join for free or pay a $99 yearly fee. There is no difference in compensation between the two.

The following is how iHub Global’s pay plan is linked to personal recruitment:

  • Pro Team – first 1 to 5 affiliates recruited
  • Bronze Team – next 6 to 15 affiliates recruited
  • Silver Team – next 16 to 25 affiliates recruited
  • Gold Team – every affiliate recruited from 26

The following commission rates are paid on HNT mined by your members’ CoolSpot hardware:

  • Pro Team pays 10%
  • Bronze Team pays 15%
  • Silver Team pays 25%
  • Gold Team pays 30%

It’s worth noting that these figures represent 30% of the total HNT mined by each recruited affiliate.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are paid out by iHub Global according to a unilevel compensation system. Your personal recruits are identified as your level 1 squad and are put under you.

When your level 1 team recruits new members, they are identified as your level 2 team and are placed beneath them. In principle, this could carry on indefinitely. When your lower levels keep on recruiting, more levels will also be made.

On a coded bonus, residual commissions are given out. Members can receive a percentage of the HNT mined by their downline’s Pro Teams in this way:

  • Every member of your Bronze Team receives 5% of the HNT generated by the Pro Team.
  • Every member of your Silver Team receives 15% of the HNT generated by the Pro Team.
  • Every member of your Gold Team receives 20% of the HNT generated by the Pro Team.

Pro Team Bonus

When members of iHub Global fill a Pro Team within the first 30 days of enrolling, they earn a $500 incentive. We are not entirely sure if they will pay you in USD or HNT.

iHub Global Ugly Truths Exposed!

ihub-global-ugly-truths

#1 It’s A Ponzi Scheme

Because it’s a Ponzi scheme, there’s no chance that this program is legitimate. The only source of revenue for members is through the recruitment of new people. Nothing else. This alone qualifies it as a pyramid scheme and you know by now, they’re illegal.

Furthermore, before you can start earning commissions, you must first recruit at least 5 individuals.

#2 Their Device Does Not Work

The mining gadget they provide is also a worthless piece of equipment. There is no evidence that it actually works or if it’s mining anything for you.

#3 Their HNT Isn’t Worth Anything

Because their shitcoins (HNT) aren’t based on real-world market decisions, they are practically worthless. You can’t exchange these coins outside of iHub Global. They are solely at the discretion of iHub Global’s upper management.

The only purpose of this structure is to provide them with an exit strategy. They’ll depreciate the currency to the point they’re worth nothing at all then suddenly impose withdrawal restrictions just when members are about to withdraw.

If you have signed up and invested in this program, most likely you’ll lose that money.

Advantages of iHub Global

None. There is literally nothing good about iHub Global. It’s an illegal scam that could potentially lead to legal repercussions if you’re ever caught promoting or affiliated with this program. Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes, in general, are just things you need to stay away from online.

Save your money and invest it somewhere legit. If you want to see what my recommendation is, just stick with me until the end of this review.

Is iHub Global a Scam or a Legit Program?

IHub Global is a scam. Nothing more, nothing less. Worse, it’s a Ponzi scheme involving a worthless shitcoin and there’s no evidence that anything legitimate is going on in this company. The only way you can earn money here is by luring new people into the scam as well.

If you want to earn money online legitimately, here’s a better recommendation for you.
