OnPassive is a multi-level marketing organization that claims to have an artificial intelligence-powered internet marketing platform. As a result of not having to work manually and pass decisions, businesses can increase their profitability.

As you may already know, artificial intelligence is commonly used in chatbots and spam filters, and the tools they provide that are AI-enabled are highly appealing. Essentially, they position themselves as a one-stop-shop for web marketing.
OnPassive says that these solutions will allow you to eliminate manual marketing, advertising, and customer care. It claims that once you join, you will get free access to these AI technologies and would be able to manage your business on autopilot.
The AI platform, on the other hand, is only a front to hide the MLM side of things. I believe the AI offer is intended to pique your attention, and once you’re hooked, that’s when they inform you about the MLM side of things.
In addition, the firm is currently in the pre-launch phase. But it’s been like this for quite some time now. In fact, it’s been on pre-launch since its inception in 2018. Moreover, OnPassive was founded by a man named Ash Mufareh.
The program is now featured as the program of choice on the “GoFounders.com” website. As of writing this article, the domain name “onpassive.com” created a listing, but I also wanted to discuss the GoFounders website and business information because it looks they are the ones behind OnPassive.
However, upon further research, there wasn’t much information about this website. Here’s what I know:
The GoFounders website and the domain name “gofounders.com” were both registered privately in 2018. The domain name search yielded no more information since the domain name was registered privately.

Who Is Ash Mufareh?
There is very little personal information on Ash Mufareh available online, but his Facebook page states that he is the CEO of AshMax and GFI Fusion, a marketing team for the long-running GDI opportunity. It is in the domain name and hosting niche and has an MLM scheme.
Ash has lately been connected with the startups TelexFree and PayDiamond, both of which provide similar passive income opportunities. The SEC shut down TelexFree in 2014, and the company was sued, facing a huge lawsuit. Meanwhile, PayDiamond was shut down in the middle of 2018, and that’s when Ash began putting OnPassive together.
OnPassive Product Line
Their offering, they claim, is an AI platform that automates business procedures. However, they have no proof to back up their claims. They don’t even display the actual design and characteristics of the AI platform they’re so enthusiastic about.
There isn’t even a price listed, indicating that something isn’t quite right. Perhaps they don’t actually provide anything and are simply using all of this marketing to attract individuals and profit from those recruitments.
Overall, OnPassive affiliates can only provide membership circle access. This will get you in problems with the FTC since any MLM without a product will eventually be classified as a pyramid scheme.
How Does OnPassive Work?
OnPassive allows you to generate money by selling affiliate memberships. You form a team, sell memberships, and then you profit from the sales.
They employ an MLM matrix to ensure that affiliates get paid on a consistent basis. You may pick from four affiliate levels, each of which starts at $97 and includes a monthly membership fee depending on the level you choose. OnPassive Ugly Truths Exposed
#1 It’s Possible That This Is Just Another Pyramid Scheme
OnPassive claims to provide a business-focused AI-powered automation platform. However, there is no proof that they have this at all. There were no specific features or even a description of the platform’s appearance. Members are only recruiting individuals for the purpose of making money. And, as you probably already know, this is exactly what a pyramid scheme is.
#2 Expensive Fees To Become A Member
Apart from its shady business model, the fees being asked of you in order to become a member and stay as a member is quite high. Despite the fact that you can profit from this every time you recruit a member, you must still pay it even if you are unable to get recruits. Also, keep in mind that the $25 is the minimum payment; this may go up to $500.
#3 Ash Mufareh Has Been Involved In Shady MLM Companies Before
Even if OnPassive has legitimate claims, I would still recommend you steer clear from using this program. Ash Mufareh has been involved in companies that have been shut down before due to its illegal practices and I have a hard time believing that he has turned a new leaf. Not to mention, OnPassive is still in its pre-launch phase for such a long time now. I doubt they actually have legitimate products or services to offer.
Advantages of OnPassive
None. I don’t see any advantages from joining this program or how it can benefit you. Especially when evidence has yet to be seen that this “AI platform” and its tools actually work or even exist.
Is OnPassive a Scam or a Legit Program?
To be honest, I’d call it a scam if it gets into issue with authorities like the FTC. Especially when you consider the fact that this isn’t even Ash Mufareh’s first foray into shady businesses.
Sure, the corporation provides an advertising platform to which you may acquire access as an affiliate member, but only as a member of the affiliate program. This makes it even more obvious that this is just a pyramid scheme in disguise.
Pyramid schemes are a ridiculous waste of time. It solely relies on recruiting to keep money flowing. Once the recruiting stops, the money stops as well, and everything falls apart.
With that said, if you’re looking for a legitimate way to make money online that’s completely safe, here’s a better opportunity for you.
