Impero Solutions Background
Impero Solutions describes itself as a worldwide investment firm that manages a diverse range of assets. It claims that by taking a diligent and disciplined approach, it would be able to create significant returns on investments.
It also aspires to make a profit by recruiting highly skilled professionals, adhering to the highest quality standards, and aligning our interests with those of our investors. The company’s address is 1250 Rene-Levesque Blvd W Suite 2200 in Montreal. Regus, a company that provides virtual office addresses, owns the same address.
With the same virtual office, Impero Solutions also delivers incorporation documentation for Impero Solutions Limited. So Impero Solutions Limited is most likely a shell company.
Also, while Impero Solutions claims to be functioning lawfully under Canadian regulations and laws, officials in Quebec and British Columbia have flagged it for illegally soliciting public investments.
Furthermore, I can’t connect Impero Solutions directly with anything Russian, however, their site uses RedHelper. But what is RedHelper?
In case you’re unfamiliar with this, RedHelper is a chatbot service. Obviously, there’s nothing wrong with using a chatbot service, however, it’s important that you know it is also a Russian company that caters to Russian clients.
With this in mind, it’s safe to say that Impero Solutions looks to be operating in Russia while pretending to be located and operating in Canada.
Who Is William Morrison?
Whenever I’m making reviews of a money-making program, I always make it my mission to look into who the founder is. This will allow me to learn more about the founder or the CEO of the company and have a better understanding of their expertise and background.
In turn, this will provide me with the knowledge I need to determine if they are the sort of people I could trust or recommend to you. With that in mind, I found out that William Morrison is the CEO of Impero Solutions, according to the company’s website in a Canadian company registration form PDF.
Truth be told, I have no idea who William Morrison is or have ever heard of him before. He isn’t a well-known entrepreneur nor is he popular in the MLM or marketing and investment industry.
There is very little information about him, and the company registration data indicates that he lives in Canada. Furthermore, the company he is running is also based in Canada, but with one of those rented addresses that digital companies like to use. This means there is no official office in that particular location.
Apart from that, I was also unable to locate any more people on the website that had any roles or functions within the company.
After doing more research, I found out that this William Morrison is nothing more than a stage actor hired by the people behind Impero Solutions to act as the CEO. You can check out the video below and see for yourself that this “CEO” is clearly reading from a script.
Furthermore, the actor portraying Morrison has a British accent and misrepresents Impero Solutions’ Canadian incorporation as needing an audit and allowing the business to market securities globally.
Impero Solutions also hosted a catered business event with this paid actor, which you can see below, rather than following the usual Boris CEO route of posting a rented office video to lure in potential victims.
The video is dubbed over with elevator music, most likely to disguise the accents of the paid extras. Although there was nothing obviously Russian in the video, this is very typical of Russian con artists.
In addition, I discovered that the paid actor’s true name is Craig Andrew Goodwin (or Gudvin, Goodvin). He is an English teacher in a kindergarten. Where? In the Russian capital of Moscow.
Impero Solutions Product Line
I was unable to locate any products or services offered by Impero Solutions after searching their website. The only thing you’ll be allowed to do is sign up as an affiliate member and profit from the investment and referral program.
Simply put, Impero Solutions does not have any physical items or services to sell, and members can only promote Impero Solutions through affiliate membership.
Getting Started with Impero Solutions
It is completely free to join Impero Solutions as an affiliate member.
However, in order to gain returns and referral commissions, you must spend at least $50. There are also many investment package levels at which you can enroll, each of which promises a different return on investment % depending on the amount of money you invest with the organization.
There are three currencies in which you can invest:
- USD
- Bitcoin (crypto)
- Ethereum (crypto)
The minimum for USD was already stated, the minimum for BTC is .05, and the minimum for ETH is 1.

Impero Solutions Compensation Plan
In this section, I’ll explain how the compensation plan works as well as some more options for earning money. Impero Solutions provides two possibilities for you to generate money with their program:

Referral Commissions
Impero Solutions’ compensation plan on referrals has 13 levels. Personal and downline investment criteria are assigned to each rank. The commission system for referrals is based on a uni-level structure. Silver 1 is the lowest level, while Ambassador is the highest.
If you are a Silver 2 investor, you will earn 6% of your direct recruit’s investment, as stated in the table below. Additionally, on your second, third, and fourth levels, you will receive 2%, 1%, and 1%, respectively.
ROI Commissions
USD, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are the three currencies in which you may invest and earn a profit, as previously indicated. In terms of how much you need to spend to receive your guaranteed ROI, all of the currency packages and levels are significantly different.
