Is ByDzyne A Scam?
Multi-level marketing businesses generally own a small portfolio of between 1-3 products. However, long-running companies usually own a larger range of products that they would have diversified into over a period of time.
Today, I’ll be reviewing a recently-established company named ByDzyne that has done the complete opposite of this. Their business model has been to offer lots of products on its launch date.
The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favour. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.
A good bit of research always goes a long way in the fight against online scams. Creating a sustainable full-time online business is not difficult. You just need to know where to look.
Before we proceed I’d like to let you know that I’m not linked to ByDzyne in any sort of way and I’m not trying to sell you this product.
Instead, I’d like to show you whether this MLM company’s brazen strategy can help you to build a profitable income working from home…

ByDzyne Product Summary
ByDzyne is a new MLM business that promotes products in multiple segments including technology, beauty as well as health & wellness. The problem with their business model is that there’s nothing unique about it.
Their products are overpriced compared to the competition, which makes your job much harder if you decide to promote this brand.
Product Rating: 50/100
Would I Recommend This Product? Not Really!
ByDzyne Explained
ByDzyne is a recently launched company that specializes in a variety of products in different segments such as technology, beauty, health and wellness.
The brand ByDzyne is pronounced “BY DESIGN”. I was a bit concerned that the company didn’t provide a headquarters address on the website. However, whilst looking through some of their legal terms and conditions, it mentions that arbitration is carried out in Vancouver, Canada.
My guess is, their offices are based in Vancouver.
The senior management team is made up by the people listed below:
- Chairman: Nat Puranaputra
- Chairwoman: Chanida Puranaputra
- Executive Vice President & Co-Founder: Henry Marsh
- President & Co-Founder: Sophia Wong
- Co-Founder: Nattida Chong
- Co-Founder: Chad Chong
Chanida and Nat Puranaputra have both previously worked for various MLM businesses including World Global Network and Organo Gold. Whilst working at World Global Network, their monthly salaries were $450,000.
The majority of the management teams are very familiar with the MLM industry and have been employed by various similar companies.
ByDzyne Product Range
As mentioned earlier, ByDzyne specializes in different product segments:
- Beauty
- Technology
- Health and Wellness
Technology
ByDzyne’s product within the technology segment is the TUW Smartwatch and is priced at a staggering $400, therefore, it’s on par with premium brands such as the Apple watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch.
Beauty
The company offers an assortment of skin moisturizers and lotions under a brand named Xceler8, which comes as a package.
Wellness
ByDzyne promotes a variety of CBD products, such as:
- Allur CBD Tincture – According to the company, this product is “a full spectrum hemp extract oil formulated for daily oral use”. A 30 ml bottle costs $171.43 (retail price)
- Allur Relief Balm – According to the company, this product is “a full spectrum hemp extract salve specially formulated for external topical use”. A 1 Oz tub costs $185.71 (retail price)
Does ByDzyne Work?
ByDzyne’s product line-up, especially the smartwatch, reminds me of goods that are commonly sold by distributors and exporters such as Alibaba.
Tracing the actual model of the TUW Smartwatch was relatively easy. A search for similar models using the same chipset found on the watch revealed 2 identical models.
The LEMFO LT03 watch and Rundoing 08 watch are practically identical to ByDzyne’s TUW Smartwatch. However, the LEMFO LT03 retails for as little as $180 on certain sites, which is less than half the price of the TUW watch.
Admittedly, both models are not 100% identical, however, it’s highly likely that both these watches were made by the same manufacturer.
If I had a choice between ByDzyne’s TUW Smartwatch and a premium watch such as the Apple watch and both watches cost practically the same, I’d definitely buy the Apple watch because it’s well-known dependable global brand. I can also rely on Apple’s great customer service if anything were to go wrong.
If we take a look at the cost of the health & wellness and beauty products, they’re in the higher price bracket.
The company’s beauty brand is Xceler8, which is manufactured by another company named Prodigy Skincare, however, I wasn’t able to get any background details about this business.
It comes as no surprise that their CBD products are pricey. Customers will be expected to pay $171.43 for a 30ml bottle, however, a similar product can be easily found on Amazon for $85, which is half the price.

ByDzyne’s Compensation Plan
The company’s compensation plan is similar to most of the other MLMs that we’ve reviewed. You will find terminology and graphs that don’t make it easy to understand the reward system.
Affiliate Ranks
ByDzyne offers 16 different ranks that members can reach. You’ll level-up to these ranks if you achieve specific goals, like creating a team and selling a certain amount of products.
You’ll need to sustain a minimum number of sales every month as you climb up the ranks.
Retail Commissions
You are rewarded a commission for selling products. However, the truth is, it’s merely the profit from the price difference between the retail and wholesale price. The profit margin is between 15% – 25%.
Recruitment Commissions
You will earn a commission whenever a member in your team makes a sale and purchases one of the starter kits. You will be awarded 20% commission but this only applies after you’ve reached the 3rd rank. The commission increases to 25% as you move up the rank.
Residual Commissions
Supposedly, you can make passive earnings whenever your team members reach certain goals. There are different bonuses including pool bonuses, matching bonuses, and so on.
ByDzyne Exposed!
1). Products Are Pricey
ByDzyne’s products are not cheap, which will make your job of promoting their products very challenging. How hard would it be to try and sell an unknown watch brand that costs the same as an Apple watch or Samsung Galaxy watch? Very hard!
We could say something similar for their beauty brand as well as their health and wellness range. These products are way too expensive and difficult to sell.
2). Questionable Leadership
The company’s leadership team have a bad reputation. At various stages, some of them were part of dubious schemes. The owners were previously associated to companies such as Wealth Generators and World Global Network which were both exposed to be pyramid schemes.
3). Where Is The Income Disclosure Statement
The company shows off that it offers lucrative commissions to its members, however, we are never shown any evidence of this. Without proof, how can we know whether what we are being told is true?
Personally, I doubt that their members are earning anywhere near a decent profit as a result of the costly products that are tough to sell.

Advantages of ByDzyne
If you’re considering becoming a member of ByDzyne then I’m sorry to report that their MLM product is nothing special and comes with no advantages.
Is ByDzyne a Scam or a Legit Business?
ByDzyne is not a scam, however, their income opportunity will not provide you with a full-time salary (or even a part-time salary at that).
- The earning potential is minimal because their product range is too costly. If you attempt to promote and sell products that cost the same as premium brands, you’re in for an uphill struggle. If you don’t make sales you will not move up the rank to enjoy the bigger rewards.
- The leaders at ByDzyne have a bad history of being associated to unethical MLM companies which turned out to be pyramid schemes.
I would recommend staying away from ByDzyne. It’s not worth your time or money.
How Do I Use The Internet to Make a Full-Time Salary?
I’m not a big fan of get-rich-quick schemes or MLM programs, let’s just say that I’ve been caught short a few times.
Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my leading recommendation for people that want to build a thriving full-time online business working from home.
Here are my reasons why…
- You can get started for Free.
- There’s no pressure to recruit family and friends, or anyone else for that matter.
- You can create a business from virtually any product including the ones that you already buy. You are not limited to low-income programs or inferior products.
Affiliate marketing can help you to…
Generate a 4-Figure Monthly Salary and become financially free from the limitations of a traditional day job. You can do this in less than 12 months!
