Arego Life Product Summary
Arego Life is a relatively new health and wellness company within the MLM sector. The thing is, this new offering doesn’t come with the decent earnings that we would like to see.
One of the biggest drawbacks is that you’re provided with a single product to promote, which is a bit of a let down when compared to some of the other MLM opportunities out there.
Product Rating: 50/100
Would I Recommend This Product: Definitely Not!
Arego Life Explained
Arego Life is a company in the health and wellness industry. Their MLM model is centered around just 1 product which claims to be a unique all-natural serotonin modulator.

The company was established in March 2018 by 3 guys named Adam Baadsgaard, Jim Douville and Don Coplin. From what we know, Don Coplin is a former dentist and a keen formulator and researcher.

Jim Douville is no stranger to the health and wellness MLM industry. In his previous job he used to market products at Nerium International before he became a co-founders of Arego Life. Prior to his stint at Nerium, Jim also marketed products for Rain International for a short period between 2017-2018.
Arego Life Product Range
As mentioned earlier, Arego Life currently promotes a single product which is named Adapt X.1. According to the marketing, the product has a “patented adaptogen youth formula” with a whole host of benefits including better sleep, heart health, anti-aging, improved sexual function, skin health, etc.

Furthermore, we are told that Adapt X.1 uses a natural formula to balance the 14 serotonin neuro-pathways in your body. Their studies suggest that the product reduces tension by 8%, reduces Depression by 15%, improves sleep by 50%, reduces irritability by 25% and so on.
Adapt X.1 comes in a 1oz bottle and will cost you $70. The bottle lasts between 23-36 days and delivers 220 sprays.
Does Adapt X.1 Work?
Arego Life claims that their product is supported by various studies and assessments. From what I’ve read, the formula is said to have been a success right from the start.
The assessments on Arego Life’s formulas go back as far as 2009, however, the studies performed by Dr Don Coplin did not directly relate to Adapt X.1. These formulas where used on other products but subsequently formed the foundation that was used to develop Adapt X.1.
How Do You Profit With Arego Life’s MLM Model?
Arego Life offers 2 different methods to profit from their business model-
- Through retail commissions.
- Commissions earned from recruiting other members, and sales from your team.
Joining The Arego Life Program
To be a member of their program, you will need to pay Arego Life a membership fee of $49.95. For those with deep pockets, there’s an Executive Kit that costs $149.95. This option will pay for the membership cost plus 2 bottles of Adapt X.1.

Arego Life Compensation Plan
The compensation plan at Arego Life is a mixture of residual and retail commissions. I’ll give you a breakdown of all the details to get a clearer understanding.

Qualifying For The MLM Commission
To be eligible for the uni-level commissions, you will have to recruit a minimum of 1 member and make a minimum of $55 PV in a month.
To be eligible for the matrix placement, you will need to recruit a minimum of 3 members per month with purchases of at least 1 bottle of Adapt X.1.
Retail Commissions
The commission for retail sales is 25% of the cost of each bottle of Adapt X.1. This is paid on a customer’s initial order, thereafter, it’s paid continuously on additional retail sales.
Commissions on Self-Purchases
If you decide to buy Adapt X.1 for personal use, you’ll also receive 25% commission for those sales.
Commissions for Recruiting
You will be paid 25% commission on the initial orders achieved by the members that you’ve recruited.
Residual Commissions (uni-level)
Residual commissions use a uni-level format, therefore, the members that you recruit are placed on the first level underneath you. If your recruits end up recruiting other members, they are placed on the second level and the structure keeps going from level to level.
Your commissions are calculated according to the amount of sales made by the levels beneath you as follows:
- 3% from your level 1 recruits (these are the members that are personally recruited by you).
- 3% for levels 2 and 3 recruits.
- 4% for levels 4 to 6 recruits.
- 5% for levels 7 and 8 recruits.
- 2% for level 9 recruits.
- 1% for level 10 recruits.

Residual Commissions (matrix)
These commissions are based on a 3×13 matrix. At level 1, recruits placed beneath you take up 3 positions, thereafter, they are placed at 3 more positions on each level, totaling 9 positions, etc.

Arego Life Exposed!
1). Prohibited In Germany For Misguided Claims
A few months ago, the Adapt X.1 Supplement was prohibited by the Hamburg Regional Court in Germany because of the misguided claims in its marketing material.
To be precise, Adapt X.1 was being sold in Germany using medical claims that could not be verified and an active ingredient that appeared to be false. Arego Life were also found quoting patents and studies that were irrelevant to Adapt X.1.
The fact is that, any therapeutic or medical claims made by MLM companies in the health and wellness niche, including Arego Life, have to be vetted by the FDA and other governing bodies.
Therefore, these companies have to hand in their product range to be assessed and certified. The FDA analyses the products to ensure that the ingredients, claimed on the marketing are all present and measured correctly.
However, these tests are not free. The company has to fork out money to get their products tested, and this doesn’t guarantee that they’ll be approved.
If the product does get certified, this is a massive bonus that can be included in the marketing!
2). There’s Just One Product!
The drawback of Arego Life’s program is that there’s only a single product. That’s not much at all, and it would be challenging to market just 1 product.
To put you in good stead when promoting health and wellness, you need to have a varied range of products to give your customers a selection to choose from. If potential buyers are not keen on Adapt X.1 you will not make sales.
As a result of the above, your potential earnings will most likely be minimal.

Advantages of Arego Life
Unfortunately, Arego Life’s MLM program isn’t up to scratch at the moment. It’s still in the early stages and there’s lots of improvements to be made.
Is Arego Life a Scam or a Legitimate Business?
Thankfully, Arego Life is a genuine company. Their compensation plan is better than many of the other MLM programs that I’ve reviewed. The future of this program looks promising, but at the moment, I would not recommend it for anyone that wants to earn a full-time salary working from home.
- There’s just one product to promote which drastically reduces your earning potential. If your customers are not impressed by the product there’s no alternatives to choose from. Potential members are not encouraged to join the program which makes recruitment an uphill struggle.
- The company has had problems surrounding misguided claims. At the moment they are prohibit from promoting or selling their product in Germany, it’s more than likely that other countries will prohibit Adapt X.1 if it keeps marketing misleading information.
For now, I would recommend looking at other opportunities instead of Arego Life.
