As long as you have at least one active member under you, Savings Highway Global pays out monthly commissions. And by active, he or she means that he or she is still paying a monthly membership.
You get 33% of the total earnings for each membership you have under you.
Residual Matrix Commissions
Monthly residual commissions are paid out based on a 2×15 matrix compensation system. This structure elevates you to the top of the team, freeing up two spaces underneath you. You will be compensated if you fill these two spaces. Then, underneath them, two more dots appear, creating a new level.
You will be compensated after this new level has been filled. This continues for another 15 levels. The more people on your team, the more money you’ll make.

#1 MLMs Have Low Income Potential
The earning potential of Savings Highway Global is really, really low. But this is pretty common in every other MLM out there. You need to invest more money and make sure that your downlines are engaged, active, and paying their monthly dues on a continuous basis.
