This is mostly due to the health and wellness niche being still relatively untouched on the MLM side of things.

Liv Labs is just one of the hundreds of MLM businesses that produce and market CBD products. The problem with all MLMs is that their items are usually costly. Plus, what other possible reason could you have for buying their stuff unless you are interested in their income opportunities?
Not to mention, it’s hard to rely on what others say about CBD products since we are all different. Let’s face it, some things work for some people while certain products don’t. So the easiest to find out if something works for you is to test them out for yourself.
But why would you pay a considerably high amount of money for a single product that you can get for cheaper elsewhere? Honestly speaking, there’s nothing about Live Labs that suggests they have something groundbreaking or special to offer. All their items seem like your typical run-of-the-mill CBD products.

Liv Labs Background
Liv Labs is a multilevel marketing company that sells CBD products. Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of the two active chemicals present in Cannabis plants, also known as marijuana.
CBD is the chemical responsible for Marijuana’s medical advantages without the psychoactive effects. The second active element in cannabis, THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is eliminated when CBD is extracted.
To expound on this further, THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana that gives you a high, which is exactly what everybody who smokes it wants. Marijuana plant THC is far stronger than hemp plant THC, making it difficult to regulate.
THC is almost non-existent in hemp plants, which is why CBD regulations have been a bit loosened over the years. In the United States, THC levels in products derived from marijuana or hemp plants cannot exceed 0.3 percent. Meanwhile, in the United Kingdom, the content must be at least .0 percent.
Simply explained, CBD is a cannabis-derived oil that is infused into a variety of goods to provide medical advantages to consumers.
Terry LaCore, the proprietor of LaCore Enterprises, was the only director of Liv Labs when it was formed in August 2018.
Meridian International LLC, doing business as LIV Labs, was founded in 2015, according to a domain dispute filed in 2017. It began pre-selling items under the LIV label in 2017, after reaching an arrangement with a supplier.
Meridian International’s principal owner is LaCore Enterprises, therefore it’s no surprise that they’re the company’s supplier. The corporate address of LaCore Enterprises in Texas is shown on Liv Labs’ website. LaCore Nutraceuticals, which can be seen on Liv Labs’ product sheets, is the second mention to LaCore.
David and Debbie Reeder, who was identified as the top sellers for Veema (another health and wellness MLM organization), launched Liv Labs.
So, what went wrong with Veema that prompted the Reeders to start a new MLM program? After being labeled a $200 million Pyramid scam by the FTC, Veema was shut down. Veema resolved the allegations quickly and agreed to stop using the pyramid scheme recruitment method for which the company was renowned.

How Does Liv Labs Work?
The retail emphasis of Liv Labs with their products is actually good, but we don’t agree with LaCore Enterprises’ business tactics. Moreover, Liv Labs’ compensation structure is similar to any other MLM company you see. Customers in the retail sector progress through member ranks, earn and produce Personal Volume, and more.
Unfortunately, Liv Labs’ goods aren’t that impressive. They’d have to get their products evaluated by the FDA and other organizations if they want to be a step ahead of the competition. However, this will cost them money, and once they’ve been certified, they’ll have to raise their prices to cover the testing costs.
Getting Started with Liv Labs
Liv Labs has two options for you to generate money: commissions from retail sales or commissions from recruiting and creating a team. In addition, Liv Labs membership costs $19.95 per year. However, there are occasions when it is reduced to $1.

The compensation plan determines how much you will be paid at Liv Labs, and just like with other MLMs, it is frequently difficult for folks like you and me to comprehend. Retail Commissions
Liv Labs has a unilevel compensation system when it comes to retail commissions. You’ll be at the top of the team with this arrangement. Your direct recruits are assigned to you as your level one squad.
The new recruits are put under your level 1 team members whenever they recruit. These recruits rise through the ranks to become level 2 members, and then their own level 1 members. In principle, this might carry on indefinitely, but Liv Labs has a limit of four unilevel team levels. The following is how commissions are paid out:
- Level 1 (these are your personally recruited members) – 40%
- Level 2 – 5%
- Levels 3 and 4 – 10%
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions are paid out using the same unilevel team structure as retail commissions, with the exception that this one is limited to 12 unilevel teams.
- Active Partners get 5% on level 1
- VIP Partners get 5% on levels 1 and 2
- 3K VIP Partners get 5% on levels 1 to 3
- 9K VIP Partners get 5% on levels 1 to 4
- 15K VIP Partners get 5% on levels 1 to 5

Liv Labs Ugly Truths Exposed!
#1 CBD Products Are Risky
Because not all states in the United States have approved the use of CBD, much alone medicinal marijuana, CBD supplements are risky and difficult to sell. Even if you reside in a state or country where CBD products are legal, you’ll be competing in a crowded market because there are already large, non-MLM companies that are more inexpensive and effective.
#2 MLMs Are Not That Profitable
Liv Labs makes no attempt to persuade you to invest in their MLM program since they probably know themselves that it is unsustainable. In general, health and wellness MLM organizations just simply have a difficult time competing against major commercial brands.
Advantages of Liv Labs
While Liv Labs is a legit program, its business model is just something I cannot recommend to anyone. MLM programs are risky and there is very little profit to be made here.
Is Liv Labs a Scam or a Legit Program?
Liv Labs is a genuine multilevel marketing organization that sells CBD products.
Unfortunately, this kind of business model has a very low success rate. It also doesn’t help that CBD products are notoriously tough to promote in today’s world. Furthermore, Liv Labs has not received FDA approval or conducted any type of testing on their goods.
With that said, if you’re looking for genuine and legitimate opportunities to make money online and if you’re not scared of putting in long hours, acquiring new skills, and changing your financial situation, you might want to get into affiliate marketing.
