Is Clicxads a Scam?
These days you’ll find a lot of programs online claiming that they can help you profit from adpacks. What are adpacks? These are PTC advertisements that you can buy and make money from over a predefined timespan. The initial investment is an expense which will be offset by the profit made from ad responses.
There’s nothing illegal about this type of business model and it’s a very common way for young websites to attract traffic. Furthermore, it’s an important element of the revenue-sharing market.
But a lot of people, especially newbies, have not been trained how to use adpacks properly and for this reason, it’s an area that’s open to exploitation by scam artists.
In today’s review, I’ll be scoping out a program called Clicxads which is attempting to do everything that I’ve just spoken about.
The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favour. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.
A good bit of research always goes a long way in the fight against online scams. Creating a sustainable full-time online business is not difficult. You just need to know where to look.

Clicxads Explained
Clicxads claims to be a platform that can help members to earn lucrative profits from buying adpacks and recruiting more members to sign up to the platform.
The website domain was created in 2017, however, it was updated just this year (2020). My guess is that the business was running for a while before it was launched online, for one reason or another. The website doesn’t provide much details about the company’s background but it’s highly likely that the person or people behind this program also own the domain name.
The website does not tell us about the owner of the business or the leadership team, which is a big warning signal. However, the promotional videos mention someone called Nii Okanta Ankrah, who is meant to be the CEO of Clicxads.
Who Is Nii Okana Ankrah?
Nii Okanta Ankrah states that he’s a specialist in digital marketing sales. Nii’s social media pages state he’s located in Mexico. However, he’s focusing his promotions towards African countries, and he’s from Ghana.
Clicxads is not Nii’s first venture. In fact, he’s been involved with several programs and his most recent involvement was with a company named Dunamis Network in 2019. The company was eventually exposed to be Ponzi scheme and shut down.
The business was created by a prolific scammer named Joe Abel who is known for operating scams such as Bitclub Network. Joe subsequently sold his business to another Ponzi scheme named Onyx Lifestyle.
Nii can be seen posing with Joe in the photo below. He posted the photo on his social media pages. Shortly after the photo was taken, Joe Abel was apprehended by the police in the US for his involvement with BitClub Network. Nii then cut ties with the group and launched Clicxads afterwards.
He also marketed a program called Vida Divina back in 2016. This was his first full-blown attempt at running an MLM business.

Clicxads promotes an income opportunity that is centered around adpacks. If you’re considering joining you will need to invest into the program using BitCoin.
However, the investment is for no other reason but to recruit more members into the program and earning a commission for this.
If you don’t already know, this is how a pyramid scheme is created.
ClicXAds Compensation Plan
The program’s compensation plan is structured to provide you a return on investment that depends on your membership level as shown below-
- Yellow: You need to be signed up to the Basic Membership= 0.002861 BTC (Equates to $53.21 USD at time of writing)
- Blue: You need to be signed up to the Professional membership= 0.006312 BTC (Equates to $117.40 USD at time of writing)
- Green: You need to be signed up to the Enterprise membership= 0.01434 BTC (Equates to $266.71 USD at time of writing)

The % of your returns is calculated according to your membership subscription:
- Basic: no fee, maximum returns of 105%
- Professional: Monthly fee of 0.001733 BTC (Equates to $32.23 USD at time of writing), maximum returns of 111%
- Enterprise: Monthly fee of 0.004619 BTC (Equates to $85.91 USD at time of writing), maximum returns of 115%
- VIP: fee not known, maximum returns of 118%
ClicXAds Referral Commissions
Clicxads uses a uni-level compensation model to calculate and pay referral commissions according to the amount of money you invest based on 3 levels of recruitment.
- Members on the Basic tier are awarded 3% on level 1 (for direct recruits)
- Members on the Professional tier are awarded 4% on level 1 and 1% on level 2
- Members on the Enterprise tier are awarded 5% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
- Members on the VIP tier are awarded 6% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
ClicXAds Matrix Commissions
Furthermore, ClicXAds offers a matrix compensation plan to calculate and pay for members that you recruit onto the program.
The commission percentage depends on membership subscriptions and can be awarded up to a maximum of 6 levels.
- Level 1: 20% commission
- Level 2: 15% commission
- Level 3: 10% commission
- Level 4: 7% commission
- Level 5: 5% commission
- Level 6: 2% commission
A downline or upline team member can fill up the matrices directly or indirectly. Each week the matrices are also shuffled.

There’s no cost for the entry-level membership, however, the level of your subscription fee will control the amount of profit you will make each month according to your commissions and return on investment-

Is Clicxads The Right Product For You?
Clicxads is not designed for you or anybody because it’s blatantly a pyramid scheme.
Clicxads Exposed!
1). Ponzi/ Pyramid Scheme
The most obvious sign that Clicxads is a pyramid scheme is the fact that the program does not offer any actual products. The only money coming into the business is through recruiting more members.
Their compensation plan is centered around recruitment and is the sole income stream.
The company has not provided any solid evidence that it’s generating revenue through other means.
Naturally, the business will collapse as soon as the recruitment grinds to a halt, which is guaranteed to happen.
2). Pay To Play
The company is designed on a pay-to-win system, which is not the kind of program that we would recommend.
Essentially, this means that the only way to increase your profits is if you pay more money into the business. Therefore, members on the higher membership levels can potentially earn more profits than those that can’t afford the expensive monthly costs.
3). Founder’s Questionable Reputation
The Founder and CEO of Clicxads has either instigated or been involved with several pyramid schemes. He’s also associated to individuals that have been arrested for operating scams.
We can’t call Clicxads a pyramid scheme based on this alone, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the company followed the same path.

Advantages of Clicxads?
There’s nothing to gain from Clicxads. If you’re looking for a sustainable way to make money online, this is not the way.
Is Clicxads a Scam or a legit Business?
Clicxads is definitely a pyramid scheme. The company has broken all the regulatory requirements set out by the FTC, that all multi-level marketing business have to follow.
- Members are heavily incentivized to recruit more people which is a big red flag. The FTC will definitely shut down Clicxads once they get round to investigating the business.
- The founder, Nii Okana Ankrah, has a track record of operating Ponzi and pyramid schemes. Would you trust your money with someone like him?
Clicxads is far from a genuine or profitable program. Please stay away from this program!
