Vitae Rain Chat Product Summary
Vitae Rain Chat is a bit of a mixed bag. It combines cryptocurrency with a social media chat program. However, the bad news is that it’s an elaborate Ponzi scheme and nothing else. Today, I’ll be showing you all of the flaws inside this program, some of them are laughable.
Product Rating: 1/100
Would I Recommend This Product? Definitely Not!
Vitae Rain Chat Explained
The reason why we didn’t flag this program sooner was that it wasn’t a multi-level marketing program when we initially encountered it. It didn’t even offer a way to make money worth looking at.

Vitae Rain Chat used to be called Vitae, which was based on a cryptocurrency token business model. The program was created by Michael Weber from the USA.
Prior to his work with Vitae Rain Chat, Michael was part of various Ponzi schemes. The most infamous scheme he was linked to was BitConnect.
Back in 2017, Michael created a Ponzi named Coin Nuggets, which was a matrix-based cycler. After his program failed, he signed up to BitConnect. Fast forward to June 2018 and BitConnect met its end as well. Michael proceeded to create Vitae after that.
At its inception, Vitae was a revenue-sharing chat system powered by Discord. Vitae lasted until June 2020 and was rebranded to Vitae Rain Chat
The product launch was accompanied by an elaborate promotional video featuring Michael. Vietnam subsequently published a fraud warning in June 2020 about Vitae.
Product Range
The FTC and other regulators require MLM companies to offer their members with a retail product or service at the very least. Guess what? This platform does not have any products to offer.
The FTC guidelines state that the main focus of an MLM program should be its retail products or services, instead of predominantly focusing on recruitment, otherwise it would be considered to be a pyramid scheme.
The program incentivizes members to buy $25 ad-credits to promote their affiliate links and get people to join the program.
Does Vitae Rain Chat Work?
Vitae Rain Chat began as a social networking program, which promoted the idea that you would be compensated with Vitae tokens for your participation in the program.

Vitae tokens are a form of cryptocurrency which are completely worthless outside of the platform. Michael Weber can easily control the supply and demand of these tokens and created more of them at any time.
However, not many people took to the idea, and as a result, Michael turbo-charged the program into an outright pyramid scheme.
Vitae tokens started off as points that were listed on several exchanges. The points maintained a value of $1.x for a while then their value increased to a staggering $2.65. However, none of this means anything because the points hold no value on the market.
This program is a combination of a pyramid and Ponzi scheme in one package. Their promotional video states that it’s free to sign up to the program, however, the free option is heavily restricted.
If you opt for the free Vitae Rain Chat membership, expect to be inundated with ads and you’re only allowed one “I Love Vitae” response per hour.
In light of the above, members that want to increase their earnings will have no choice but to upgrade and pay for their subscription. It will cost you $14.99 per month, and Michael pockets $4.99 of each monthly fee.
Michael was one of BitConnect’s leading promoters, and it’s safe to say that he scammed a lot of people and earned big profits before the program got shut down. He’s probably reinvested the profits from BitConnect into Vitae Rain Chat, but that cash injection will run out soon.

Once the funds have run out on his side and the recruitment grinds to a halt, Michael will simply close the program, re-package it and promote the same business model under a different name.
At the moment, the program is based on a social network and paid chatroom system. The only thing left is a trading bot, and he would have replicated BitConnect.

How To Profit With Vitae Rain Chat
I’m not surprised to find out that the only option to earn money through this program is via recruitment.
Getting Started with Vitae Rain Chat
You will need to pay a monthly fee of $14.99 to access the program’s income opportunity.
The free option is heavily restricted.
Vitae Rain Chat Compensation Plan
As a member, you will join the platform and actively take part in their Ponzi scheme.
The chatroom methodically hands out Vitae Rain Chat tokens to the last 200 members inside the chat program.

These members would have recently sent out a message. The events are set off every 6 minutes as follows:
- Every new paid membership will be rewarded with $5 worth of Vitae
- A fraction of “1000s of Vitae tokens waiting to be distributed”
You will be awarded extra tokens if you watch ads and if a member joins through your link and pays into the “rain address”.
Recruitment Commissions
Members are awarded with commissions for recruiting more people onto Vitae Rain Chat.
You will be paid $5 commission for each new person that you recruit, and it’s divided across 3 levels of recruitment based on a uni-level structure-
- 50% for the first level (members that you recruit directly)
- 25% for the second and third levels

Revenue Sharing
The cost of Vitae Rain Chat’s affiliate membership is $14.99. Affiliates can buy $25 packages of ad-credits.
Vitae Rain Chat absorbs this money and pays it out equally to fee-paying affiliates.

Vitae Rain Chat Exposed!
1). Owner’s History With Ponzi Schemes
Michael Weber has built a bad reputation for creating or being associated with the pyramid schemes listed below:
- In 2015 he was involved with X100K pyramid scheme
- In 2016 he was involved with a Ponzi cycler called PIF2Cash
- In 2017 he was involved with a matrix-based Ponzi cycle called Coin Nuggets
- In 2018 he was involved with BitConnect
- In June 2018 he was involved with Vitae Token

I’d be surprised if Vitae Rain Chat didn’t follow the same shady business model. Maybe Michael has turned over a new leaf, but I seriously doubt it.
2). Revenue Sharing Ponzi Scheme
The free membership is designed to entice you into purchasing the paid membership once you realise the limitations of the free subscription. You’ll need to pay a monthly fee of $14.99 to earn a commission from members that you recruit and a commission for the ad-credit bought by those members.
It’s essentially, a Ponzi scheme driven by a revenue-sharing system.
3). Coins Hold No Value
The program is promoting coins that hold no value outside of the platform. Michael can dictate the value of the coin on a whim, and also create more coins whenever he wants.
The industry even has a term for such coins, which is “shitcoins”. That’s because they are totally worthless and can be controlled by the people operating these programs.

Advantages of Vitae Rain Chat
Vitae Rain Chat is a total waste of effort and money.
Is Vitae Rain Chat a Scam or Legit Business?
Vitae Rain Chat is a revenue-sharing MLM business that’s nothing more than a Ponzi scheme. As a member, you will NOT financially benefit from this program. The only winners are Michael and his associates.
- Michael has been linked to several Ponzi schemes before. Why would Vitae Rain Chat be any different?
- The program has breached lots of stipulations put in place by the FTC and as such, will be flagged as a Pyramid scheme soon enough.
There’s nothing to gain from Vitae Rain Chat. Steer clear of this program.
How Do I Use The Internet to Make a Full-Time Salary?
I’m not a big fan of get-rich-quick schemes or Social Media MLM programs, let’s just say that I’ve been caught short a few times.
Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my leading recommendation for people that want to build a thriving full-time online business working from home.
Here are my reasons why…
- You can get started for Free.
- There’s no pressure to recruit family and friends, or anyone else for that matter.
- You can create a business from virtually any product including the ones that you already buy. You are not limited to low-income products or inferior products.
Affiliate marketing can help you to…
Generate a 4-Figure Monthly Salary and become financially free from the limitations of a traditional day job. You can do this in less than 12 months!
